Ian Bowyer's Nottingham Forest career spans 14 years from 1973 to 1987.

Bomber was already at the club when a certain Brian Clough breezed in. Between 1977 and 1980, he won pretty much every trophy going. In total, he made 417 appearances for the Reds, scoring 58 goals from midfield. He has also coached at the club between 2002 and 2005.

Not only is he a Nottingham Forest legend, he is an awfully nice chap too.

Do yourself a favour - get down there. It's not far from a sell out and there will be some very famous faces in attendance.

See you there.
